Download your finished artwork

Once you are happy with your design, download the highest-quality version available.

For printing, PDF is preferred where possible.

If your AI tool provides a low-resolution image, look for an HD, high-resolution or upscaled download option.

Send your artwork to Artline 

Upload or send your finished artwork to us.

Our team will check whether the file is suitable for printing and advise you if there are any obvious issues with:

• Resolution
• Size
• Bleed
• Margins
• Image quality
• File format

If the artwork is print-ready, we print it exactly as supplied — without needing to recreate your design.

Before You Send Your Artwork To Us

For the best printing results:

 ✓ Use the highest resolution available

Low-resolution images may look good on your phone but appear blurry when printed.

✓ Choose the correct size

Create your artwork at the actual size you want to print.

✓ Include bleed

Where required, artwork should normally include 3mm bleed on each side.

✓ Keep important information away from the edges

Keep text, logos and important information safely inside the trim area.

✓ Check everything

AI can sometimes make mistakes. Please carefully check spelling, names, phone numbers, prices, dates and addresses before submitting your artwork.

✓ Use the correct format

PDF is preferred for most professional printing jobs.

⚠️ Important: AI Images Are Not Always Print-Ready

AI can create beautiful images, but the original image may not have enough resolution for large printing.

For example, an image that looks perfect on your phone may become blurry when printed as an A3 poster or large sign.

If your image is too low-resolution, you may need to upscale it before sending it to us.

Our team can check your artwork and let you know if it is suitable for printing.
